2. What data we process

  • Order: name and surname, phone number, e-mail, delivery address, order contents and value.
  • Payment: transaction data. We neither receive nor store card details — these are processed solely by the payment provider.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, cookie data.

3. Purpose and legal basis

  • Fulfilling the order and delivery — performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Accounting and tax obligations — legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
  • Handling complaints — performance of a contract and legal obligation.
  • Marketing messages — solely on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time.

4. Recipients

  • the courier service delivering the order — name, phone and address,
  • the payment gateway provider — to the extent needed to process payment,
  • the hosting and e-mail providers,
  • our accountant and public authorities where required by law.

Data is not transferred outside the EU and is not sold to third parties.

5. Retention

Order data is kept for the period required by accounting and tax rules, generally 10 years. Data processed on consent is kept until consent is withdrawn.
